杜新元,斋号:三声阁,笔名:阿元。1945年生于辽宁省丹东东港孤山镇。籍贯:山东海阳。是中国有突出贡献专家(一级书法家),国家一级美术师,中华诗词艺术家(一级)。时有“四杜三王”之称,“阿元三绝诗书画”之誉。三绝合璧是其独具风格,别于古今。2014年出版有《中国当代名家书画集——杜新元》(大红袍)(天津人民美术出版社),2015年出版《中国当代书法大师·杜新元》(外交部,中国侨联作为国礼,由中国侨联出版社出版)。
